    Q----How To Do Exchange & Refunds?

    A---If you are not happy with your purchase, we are always here to help. You can exchange or get a full refund 30 calendar days from the day you received your item for any unopened and unused items. We want to make all our customers happy. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping when the product is not defective.

    A----We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or undelivered packages. Once the package is already assigned to your local post office for dispatch we no longer have any physical control of the product and post office will be the new entity responsible for the delivery.
